Food ...why is it causing us so much sorrow and joy....what can the reason be ? How did we get to this place where what we put in our mouth has become a major issue ?
Here i am thinking..Perhaps unhealthy food has become a habbit and a fashion and Tradition
Where did the habbit of visiting friends and having coffee come from ....or having coffee and tea every now and then? It's a habbit right? ....
So now I propose we start new habits ....organise a get together where water is consumed....flavoured ...sure ....but not artificially or chemically ....just healthy water......and dinner parties where the main focus is low carb deliciousness....you can eat as much as you like without feeling guilty because all the food is low carb.
If we can change the fashion and habits that were so comfortable to fall into....maybe just maybe we can change the unhealthy state we fallen into.
